[ENVIR] ENVIR - The Environment Stake Pool

As the d-parameter is already down to 0 for a while (means all blocks are created by the community) we decided that it would be best for the Cardano community and decentralization as a whole to only run 1 stake pool.

That`s why we decided to shutdown ENVIR at the end of epoch 261. All delegators currently staking to ENVIR should move their funds either to ALPS or any other community pool.

As we do not want to decrease our donation amount, ALPS will donate 1000โ‚ฌ annually instead of 500โ‚ฌ.
